Our Process

From farm seeds to your kitchen, never rushed.

Fast machines heat the oil and strip away its aroma and nutrition. We press slowly in a traditional wooden ghani, the way it has always been done.

  1. 01 Hand-picked farm seeds Mustard, groundnut, sesame and coconut come from trusted farmers. They are sun-dried and cleaned by hand.
  2. 02 Slow-pressed, Kachi Ghani We press at a low speed so the oil never heats up. This keeps its true aroma, taste and nutrition.
  3. 03 Settle, filter, bottle The oil rests for a few days, is filtered through cloth and bottled in small batches. No bleaching, no chemicals.

Seeds ko dheemi raftaar se, kam temperature par daba kar tel nikala jata hai, bina chemical solvent aur bina tez garmi ke. Isliye tel apni asli khushbu, rang aur poshan sahej kar rakhta hai.

Groundnut aur yellow mustard tel roz ki sabzi, tadka aur frying ke liye bahut popular hain. Coconut aur sesame ka swad aur fayde alag hain: apni rasoi ke hisaab se chuniye, ya hume call karein, hum batayenge.

Nahi. Hamara tel 100% pure hai: koi chemical nahi, koi additive nahi. Jo seed se nikla, wahi bottle mein aaya.

Haan. Cold pressed tel mein kabhi kabhi thoda natural sediment ya sardi mein jamaav dikh sakta hai. Ye asli tel ki nishani hai. Bottle ko thanda aur sookha rakhein, dhoop se door.
