Thank you for shopping with Agro Sun Foods. This page explains how we pack, ship and deliver your cold pressed oils, honey and other products.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm that we can reach you. Some remote locations may take longer or may not be serviceable.

Order processing time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within [1-2] business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons such as Diwali, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

  • Metro cities and major towns: [3-5] business days after dispatch.
  • Other locations and remote areas: [5-8] business days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Weather, courier delays or local restrictions can affect delivery times.

Shipping charges

[Free shipping on orders above Rs. 499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 49 applies.] The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can use it to follow your package until it reaches you.

Packaging

Our bottles and jars are packed carefully to avoid leakage and damage in transit. Please check that the outer packaging is intact when you receive your order.

Damaged, leaked or wrong items

If your package arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong product, please record a short unboxing video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for the next steps.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please enter your full address and a working phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or because you were not reachable, the courier may return the package. In that case, re-shipping charges may apply.
